Ms. Kobty is the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) Programs Lead for Lockheed Martin Systems Integration in Owego, NY. In this position, Jessica is responsible for administering EEO & AA programs in compliance with federal and state laws regarding employees and applicants.
Jessica has been with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration – Owego for five years. She has spent three years in the Human Resources field where she has also worked as a Recruiter, Organizational Development Analyst, and Compensation Analyst. Prior to entering Human Resources, Jessica spent two years working as a Mechanical and Systems Engineer.
Jessica holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University and a Masters of Arts in Secondary Mathematics Education from The University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
