Kat touts a vast array of specialties, including: global employment branding, strategic sourcing, social networking, and developing interactive solutions to include search engine optimization and text messaging campaigns. At Starbucks Coffee Company, she successfully launched the employment brand campaign in over 30 international markets. She is also credited with creating the EVP toolkit, to be used by teams when developing candidate and talent segment value propositions, with a laser focus on ROI. In addition, she has worked to create unprecedented synergy amongst the company’s internal teams (i.e. Marketing and Digital Strategy). In every venture she assumes at Starbucks Coffee Company, from pre-hire to retire, she maintains strong focus on the candidate experience.
Prior to Starbucks, she worked for Bernard Hodes Group as Account Director, where she has significant experience in developing and managing employment branding campaigns, from conception to execution, to achieve clients’ objectives of communicating their brand to potential employees, and accomplishing recruitment goals via major media channels.
