Loren Mikola, Disability Inclusion Program Manager, has been at Microsoft for eleven years. The majority of that time was spent working as a Software Test Engineer in the Windows division and also testing audio compression software for Windows Media Player as well as music playback for Smart phones. Currently, Mr. Mikola is part of the Global Diversity and Inclusion team where his primary areas of responsibility involve making Microsoft’s facilities and culture as inclusive as possible for people with disabilities including employees, interview candidates and visitors. Loren earned his Bachelor of Science from the College of Business at Arizona State University. He currently resides in Renton Washington, a southern suburb of Seattle.
