Lori Golden leads AccessAbilities, Ernst & Young’s efforts around building an enabling and inclusive environment for people with disabilities. AccessAbilities is a firm-sponsored inclusiveness initiative and a network made up of several hundred people from across the firm’s geograpies, ranks and functional groups. There is also a leaders network of Abilities Champions who advocate for disabilities inclusiveness within their respective sub-areas and functional groups and networks to suport the parents of children with disabilitiies and to support Ernst & Young people who act as caregivers for adults with disabilities.

Lori facilitates AccessAbilities’ networks and drives a variety of initiatives including enhancing accessiblity in EY offices, making internal communications, meetings, training and technolgoy more accessible and user-friendly, building a global accessibility strategy for Web and online applications, educating EY people on disabilities etiquette, language and work habits, and raising awareness of disabilities-related issues. Lori has been with Ernst & Young twelve years, and is a graduate of Harvard University.
